- Please take note that the transfer service from specified hotels is only applicable to bookings made before 2:00 pm on the day prior to the tour. If your reservation for the Panama Canal tour is made after 2:00 pm on the day before, the transfer service will not be available. In such cases, please make your way directly to the designated meeting location at the Panama Marine Adventures tour office, conveniently located in Flamenco Marina.

- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the tour are not subject to refunds. For groups of 25 or more, cancellations made with less than 14 days before the tour are not subject to refunds.
